Was shocked to get to my destination to move a heavy piece of equipment and the smaller truck had no ramp! I have never seen a Uhaul truck with out a ramp. The small trucks need stickers and the sales agents need to tell folks when a truck has no ramp!!!The University o N.

Rented defective equipment. Brakes failed causing a crash with 2 other vehicles. The only concern from U-Haul was that the contract was violated because the truck was not returning to the contracted location. Never was I asked if I was OK, if there were any injuries, or if other vehicles were involved. The only concern was the contract.Dennis P.

Location was central, clean, organized, and rather interestingly decorated. A really nice change as we rent U-Haul every couple of years for something. The whole experience was very easy by phone and digital sign up confirmation etc. Having one attentive pleasant human at the rental store was great too.CHRISTOPHER G.

It is very impressive how you can check in with your mobile device. My only suggestion for improvement is that I wish the damage (cracked windshield, scratches on the rear driver side, gouge on the side were better documented. It was a little disconcerting having to spend time taking pictures & walking around when I picked the vehicle upDenny L.
Ensure the employees arrive on time to work. Store opened at 10:00 yet they didn't arrive to work until 10:30. Also, I don't understand why the website allowed for a 9:30 pickup time when the store didn't open until ten.Tyler R.

This was my first time renting a U-Haul truck. I understood the $19.95 + mileage + a [small] fee + replace the used gasoline. I achieved my project with the truck's help so, feeling generous, I filled, instead of back to 3/4, I filled it full. THEN I took a close look at the contract left on the seat that I hadn't noticed in pursuing my project. $79 estimated charge!?! Well, I'd only made three short trips - to/from, from/to, to, bought gas, and returned the truck. Still, the final cost (besides my generous $24 fill up) was $56 - not even close to the $19.95 come on price. To avoid another price surprise, I will use my little Prius to finish up my project.thatcher B.

It was so easy to just walk in and rent a truck to move my new purchases home. I tried renting a truck from the Enterprise car rental company and they didn't have anything available for a quick trip for the next few days, I went to the closest UHaul and voilÃ ! The online sign in process took much longer time than it should have. It took me 20-30 minutes to sign out the van. If I would have known it was to going to take so long I wouldn't have done the pickup over the phone. This process needs to change.Spencer T.

I made my reservation online and chose a regular Dolly to go with the rental. When I arrived at the location to pick up, the Dolly was not available because "they don't have all the Dollys available all the time" so they gave me a larger Dolly. The truck was alright, however the driving side smelled like tobacco, like someone smoked cigarettes inside. The back was awful. What seemed like feces or vomit was splattered on the floor in the upper left corner and it smelled very unpleasant. I did not want to go near it, or have my furniture touch it, so I covered it with a piece of plastic. I took some pictures and called the location to inform them and they gave me two different phone numbers that I could have texted the pictures over to, but both numbers were invalid when I sent the texts. Before I returned the truck I filled up with gas twice. The second time because I did not want to be charged 33 dollars for the gas, so I did it myself. When I returned it, it was only 1 gallon off and I got charged almost 9 dollars because the policy charges about 8 dollars per gallon that is missing.. they really could have given me the free gallon since I explained the unpleasantness of the smells and overall dirtiness of the truck.. My only comment is there wasn't a secure way to return the items we rented: blankets and dolly. We left them in the back of the truck but there was no lock provided that we know of and no instructions on how to return those securely. That was frustrating.Daniel S.
Lock and lockbox was frozen. Called local customer care and no one answered. Called the 1-800 number and they returned my call after I returned the truck. My family and I almost froze trying to ge the truck. Horrible experienceChristopher W.
Sam the manager of this location is very helpful. Renting was made easy because of his help. The experience was the best truck rental experience to date. I can recommend this location easy to get into and park, the truck was clean and ready to go. Returning the truck was quick and through. My go to place, I can highly recommend it!!!David J.
