Patrick SchoenMore attention to detail. I was given contract paperwork for a different serial numbered trailer. I called and asked for a corrected contract be emailed, but never received. Massive confusion and stress thru out the entire rental process. I should have received some form of discount for the time and trouble spent calling and talking to numerous UHaul personnel over course of three days.

Andrea Sarris-RoundyThe parking for the drop off was not large enough. There were already two trucks there. Making it difficult to drop the trailer aligned with the curb.
Harvey FarrTruck was damaged prior to my rental, but with mobile check-in there was no way to officially note the damage/upload photos. Luckily I took a photo on my phone of the damage and provided it upon return. I had to also provide the metadata of the photo so the employees could confirm I took the photo before I started driving the truck. Long story short, I was on the hook for prior truck damage (damage I didn't do), simply because the mobile check-in didn't allow me to upload any damage photos. Luckily I bought the Safemove insurance, but if I didn't, I would have been paying for someone else's damage. On top of this, the truck died midway through the move and I had to call roadside assistance to get a new battery. The time it took to fix the truck caused me to lose the movers I had reserved for only two hours, and I had to finish the move myself. Not a single apology from Canyon Storage. A very disappointing experience.

Anthon JohnsonOverall very happy with my experience, but the van was dirty. I don’t really care, it got the job done, but it smelled like dog food and there was debris in the interior. Again, I am happy with the service, just that there is room to improve.
Neil BeebeDrop off was incredibly easy. I regret not getting the ladies name. She was outstanding. Very personable, friendly and projected the feeling she enjoyed her job. The Pick up person and drop off person were2 of the primary reasons I will go directly to U Haul for any rental needs.

Andres DominguezHi, thanks for asking... Your registration system has too many screens. The guy I was renting from had to pull up what seemed like three or 4 different screens. Which each of took time to come up. That causes your registration to take a relatively long time. You should update your current computer system or buy a new program that has everything you need to rent something on one screen. This will save you a lot of time and get customers your in and out faster. Ps: if you make or save money on this you owe me ! 😁 - Jerry Straley

Lorie BauerWhen returning via the web site, have a text go to the customer verifying the return went through. It would be nice having clear confirmation on that so we don't have to worry something went wrong after submitting everything on the website.

Kooper Crittenden1. Took over an hour to get our truck due to technical difficulties (Accidentally refreshed the screen and then couldn't show the code to get the key no matter what we did?!!? What the hell! Had to sit on hold for 15 minutes just for them to send a video in which we did everything humanly possible to follow the instructions to a T. To follow that up, it took 3 people to pull on it to get it open. The lock shouldn't be that difficult to get open for crying out loud. 2. Since we lost out on an hour, we begged to get extra time and only got 30 minutes. Wasn't able to complete all the tasks we had due to your shitty locks and customer service. This place should be open at 8AM at the latest! 3. The dimensions either on the bed we drove an hour to get were wrong or the dimensions on the truck were incorrect. Judging by everything shitty about this location, my guess is the trucks aren't listed correctly. Worst UHaul experience ever!!!! Trash

Claire TannerThe young man who checked me in in the morning was friendly and helpful, great service. The return was a little confusing though. The doors were locked and the sign said to call but when I did the voice mailbox was full and couldn’t take messages. I just dropped the key in the box and it was fine but it would have been helpful and less stressful to know that beforehand.

glen hollanderIt is very unfortunate because the woman at the counter was super helpful and very nice. The problem occurred upon arrival using mobile check in and not being able to check in. After trying multiple times and unable to complete the process I was forced to return when they open. Once I picked up the truck and arrived to the job site we opened the doors and the floor and shelf was completely wet. We were forced to use our moving blankets to dry the floor and shelf. After beginning to load we noticed the shelf continued to have moisture. If fear of ruining our product we returned the truck and went to plan B. It was a very disappointing experience.

Lock on lockbox corroded and could not open, wasted an hour waiting to for staff to arrive, dolly and pads mounted in truck took up space and are a sneaky way to charge more, did not receive the mattress bag ordered. This experience spun off the rails from beginning to end. The worker at the place was nice, though.
Michael LaPlanteThe van I was renting was the only one in the parking lot of Uhaul’s completely covered in snow. It was 6 am, and there weren’t even tools to remove the snow from the Van. Luckily I had arrived in my car and had tools to remove snow of cars. It had already stopped snowing at least 24 hours before my rental. And the location did not have the delicacy to remove it from the van.
