I’d like to shoutout to the gentlemen who checked out the trailer to me. He stayed late just for me because I arrived just before closing and forgot to attach my ball to my hitch. He stayed late and waited for me to go home and get it! He was so sweet and understanding after my extremely stressful day.

Frank RWhen I returned the truck, I told the employee that the tire pressure sensor light had come on (and flashed repeatedly before remaining on steadily) and then turned off. He was uninterested, and asked if the light interfered with the operation, as the truck needed to be ready for the next customer in one hour. I hope nothing malfunctioned for the next person! Other than that, the experience was great!
