How U-Haul Reviews WorkI think customer attendance time. It was slower for a customer to be attended to from walking in to the time every thing is completed.
GABRIEL MThe staff was super friendly and helpful. The pickup went as smoothly as possible.
Aaron FGood van and even better staff, we would rent again
TONY LSam = AMAZING‼️‼️‼️ It was my first time renting & i So Appreciated Sam making it such a smooth process! The vehicle was SO NICE & Clean!!! THANK YOU!!! It drove very well & was Exactly the amount of Space I Needed! Loved having the upper & lower side mirrors to help navigate. I also appreciated how easy it was to open and close the back along with having the ramp!!! Sam went above & beyond to help and accommodate me. I returned the vehicle just minutes before closing on a Friday evening. He checked me back in with such kindness even though my return was causing him to stay later to help me. It was Such a Positive Experience and would HIGHLY Recommend to Everyone! Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!!!💛 Leimbach
