AL SI was greeted before I could even walk inside by the representative. She quickly unhitched the trailer and sent me on my way. Less than 5 minutes, very efficient, very polite and helpful. Was surprised at how smooth it went and how easy it was.

Hugh CThe app for 24/7 reservation was a joke. Pages it linked to explaining how the reservation system worked and how to get your key were not available. When I clicked on the link to watch the video the response was that page did not exist. I called for help and they sent me a separate link so I could watch the instructions. But the link in the app never worked despite the customer service people asserting it was working. Then when I went to pick up the truck I tried to upload the photo of the rear of the truck and after trying to upload photos for 30 minute I texted for help on the app. They sent me a separate link that did work. What a frustrating experience with your app. I won’t trust it in the future. Twice the customer service rep online had to send me a workaround and I lost precious time trying to get a faulty app to work.
