When I arrived he there was 1 customer he was finishing up with. He said is it something I can help you with. I explained I had a 2:00. He says I wish you would have called I would have had it ready. I told him I did call there was no answer he said he'd been busy. There was no coverings in the back of the truck. I asked if there were any he said no, we ain't got all that. He seemed extremely bothered. Uhaul if this is who you have representing your brand you should be worried. The drop off was just as bad. No acknowledgment. Just did you fill it up. I would never recommend this location ever!

CHRISTINE B.had to have me park trailer in a location they wanted it and didn't assist with the disconnect. person took my paperwork and said I was good. I wasn't, they charged me additional fees for extended reservation that was approved by a customer service rep named Jesse. he advised extension was approved with no additional charges. called customer service on 7/16 to get the fees reversed and spent a total of ~10 mins with 3 different service reps that kep putting me on hold. hung up after 1 hr 10 mins and still on hold. will report the charge as fraudulent to AMEX
WESLEY F.The service was good at the time of pick up however i have an issue with the check out process not being done when i returned the vehicle. Now i have to dispute the gas charge because the truck was brought back with the same amount of gas. I paid $55 dollars to put gas in the truck at the drop off spot. This is so wrong. The shop should go over any incidentals before the customer leaves not up charge after they are gone. I have pictures.
RASHONDA R.Widen the entrance to the location for easier access. Please let the customer know the location hours, especially since it may cause a confusion for after-hours drop offs. If an issue may ever arise, please refrain from saying, "You'll need to take that up with Uhaul." Customer service at this location can use some work, as well. Also, was not told that the rental truck will not have a ramp.
Yolanda M.I was sceduled to drop trailer at 10 am was there at 9;45 am lot hours was open at 10;a m didn't get there till 10:15 was first in line they said thanks and would check me in. Then i recieved final bill they charged me with extra day of $30.00. Called them said they would refund the charges

Jeffery W.This comment is for U-Haul in general not just the location I patronized. Having a better understanding of what is on hand and what is not based on reservations. Also, having pop-ups in the system alerting those who select furniture/appliance dollies when there is no ramp on the truck. I appreciated the owner's explanation what the truck could and couldn't do. Fortunately, he was able to switch me to the larger truck. Without the ramp, it would have been very difficult to get my items on and off the truck.
