This location had no record of my reservation. Had no adapter equipment for sale that I needed to hook up trailer. Only one tenant working with a broken foot.

Bobby RI have always rented at this location and never had any problems whatsoever. They seem to have dropped the ball this time in multiple ways. Truck was dirty. I had to clean out a half-garbage bag full of dirt, sand and gravel without any acknowledgement whatsoever. I was also overcharged by 2 extra days. I will never go back to this location again! Not recommended!
