From the moment I walked in, JT was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire rental process quick and stress-free. James TI called about my reservation and was told it was a one way…in fact I was told that all toy haulers were one way. The I was charged an excessive fee for being a one way tip. After this experience I will recommend to all never to use U-Haul again. I will not as well
