The man was very rude. We showed up 30 minutes earlier Tran our 2:00. I attempted to call prior to making the 20 minute ride. When I arrived he there was 1 customer he was finishing up with. He said is it something I can help you with. I explained I had a 2:00. He says I wish you would have called I would have had it ready. I told him I did call there was no answer he said he'd been busy. There was no coverings in the back of the truck. I asked if there were any he said no, we ain't got all that. He seemed extremely bothered. Uhaul if this is who you have representing your brand you should be worried. The drop off was just as bad. No acknowledgment. Just did you fill it up. I would never recommend this location ever!
