The original email appointment stated I was to pick up the unit at Mac's on Expressway. When I arrived, the dispatcher told me that 'they' had changed my pickup location (I was never notified) which was on the other side of town. I drove there and waited about 30 minutes before the rental was ready. This put me behind nearly an hour. The final pickup location was, however, very friendly and easy to deal with when he did arrive.
