The location is pretty seedy, and it's located on a busy highway service road with not much truck parking. I was told I would have to park the truck where my car was parked, so I had to have someone move my car out of that spot so I could pull in when i returned. Again, on a busy highway road. Also the gas tank was at 1/4, so I had to get gas before I could do much else. The owner was a little curt, didn't seem to know the system and couldn't find my reservation at first (he handed me the phone to talk to some other guy who was driving and couldn't help) and it just wasn't an easy or smooth experience.

We had specifically chosen to do the 24/7 pickup and thought it was contactless, based on what the app was indicating. The truck was unlocked, but we searched everywhere and couldn't find the key. Eventually, we called the small business the truck was at. Luckily, this was within the business's hours, but come to find out they were holding onto the key and they told us we were supposed to call them to check in (even though we checked in on the app). However, they proceeded to check us in all over again. It was time-consuming and confusing.
