We had specifically chosen to do the 24/7 pickup and thought it was contactless, based on what the app was indicating. The truck was unlocked, but we searched everywhere and couldn't find the key. Eventually, we called the small business the truck was at. Luckily, this was within the business's hours, but come to find out they were holding onto the key and they told us we were supposed to call them to check in (even though we checked in on the app). However, they proceeded to check us in all over again. It was time-consuming and confusing.
