My original reservation was for a 15ft truck to be picked up at 12 noon at Smokey point location. I sent my cousin George Craig Moore to pick it up and be the driver. The clerk was not present and when he called she said she was running for a part and would not return for several hours. This cost me 2 hours of mover time due to the delay on pick up time. Being aware that charges may be placed on my card, he said there should be no charge for no pick up at that location, she told dispatchers he was rude to her and she would not rent to him. Dizzy’s location rented us a 10ft truck and were professional. The increase in time and gas due to not having the equipment available as advertised caused extra time, gas and movers fees as we had to make extra loads with our vehicles and pay movers for more time.

This was a very positive experience, but the cab did have some trash/popcorn on the floor. NOT an issue worth dropping my rating... but an observation for improvement (I checked "Yes" on 'Clean and Maintained' because the truck seemed well maintained (could have been cleaner)). Thanks, again!
PETE VWhile I was driving i heard some funky noises like as though you may need to change either the rotor or brakes and then the car would shift alot like alot to the left hand side. Who ever drove it before must have been rough and didn't care to let you know

Terri BBal, the person who assisted me, did an awesome job in getting my rental truck ready. He was the only person available and quickly process my paperwork AND checked out customers with purchases. The lady who checked the rental truck back-in was slammed with customers and was unable to close my account until later that evening. To he honest, I was worried about not having a review of the rental truck and worried about if my credit card would take a hit. Everything went well. FYI The truck can suck up gas when it’s loaded. Estimate double the amount.

TODD MThere was only one employee at this gas station and he was busy with customers so it took 40 minutes to checkout even though I did all the pre checkout work online. Then I was over charged by Uhaul themselves. Full day for an hour late! Plus $25$ and 75$ charges that have not been answered for!
