Bal, the person who assisted me, did an awesome job in getting my rental truck ready. He was the only person available and quickly process my paperwork AND checked out customers with purchases. The lady who checked the rental truck back-in was slammed with customers and was unable to close my account until later that evening. To he honest, I was worried about not having a review of the rental truck and worried about if my credit card would take a hit. Everything went well. FYI The truck can suck up gas when it’s loaded. Estimate double the amount.

They switched the pick-up location and told us we had to return the truck early. Had to call customer service.
TODD MThere was only one employee at this gas station and he was busy with customers so it took 40 minutes to checkout even though I did all the pre checkout work online. Then I was over charged by Uhaul themselves. Full day for an hour late! Plus $25$ and 75$ charges that have not been answered for!
