They switched the pick-up location and told us we had to return the truck early. Had to call customer service.

There was only one employee at this gas station and he was busy with customers so it took 40 minutes to checkout even though I did all the pre checkout work online. Then I was over charged by Uhaul themselves. Full day for an hour late! Plus $25$ and 75$ charges that have not been answered for!
