The location itself should probably be rated Excellent. The Average rating is for the overall rental experience. One problem is that the original reservation was made for a location almost 30 miles from this one and I was pretty much forced to accept this location less than a day prior. Another problem is the prospect of picking up a rental truck at 8:30 am without anyone onsite, which made me uncomfortable as we couldn't afford to not getting the truck. The overall experience was really not great.

Was young kids running this that was very confused it took a hour to figure it all out the truck was not clean when we got it had a bunch of dirt in it was over charged yes they returned the money but we was charged 2 payments I will not be coming here again unless I had time to spare
