It was like extremely hot and the truck had no a/c so after moving we couldnt even get cool after taking the stuff to a new location. The place we got the truck however was amazing we were put on hold with customer service trying to get a code since the app and website was logging me into a different account and I couldnt fix it. Since the location was closed for the weekend we were very upset but fortunately the owner was there randomly and came to our rescue got our code for us! He was great!

This time my rental was available when it was supposed to be, which was not the case the last time I tried.

ROBERT NI requested a dolly for the rental project reservation, this site did not have one. They recommened me to call the other Napa site on W Imola who, had a dolly. I was a bit disappointed that I made the reservations two days in advanced and there was no dolly for me, I had to drive to another site to get one. I would have thought reservations are reviewed to make sure any needed/ reserved parts/supplies are onsite for the customer when they arrive to pick up.
WALTER ROverall the equipment was clean and well maintained. However, the right rearview mirror moved when I hit ruts in the road on the freeway. It was not a nice experience. I had to pull over and move it back into place twice.
MARIA GMost everything was great. However, the air conditioning in the truck we got did not work. Spent 5 hours driving in sweltering heat.

ERIC ARipped off. Customer service is terrible. Once they take your card. They won’t respond to any calls voicemails at all.

THOMAS EI appreciate being able to leave my vehicle parked at/near the rental location. This was the newest and cleanest Uhaul I've ever rented, 2024MY with only 4400miles on it. Most in the area are 2012-2014s with 100k on them. The app makes check-out/check-in easy on me and the rental location, haven't had any issues with billing or surprise additional charges.
ERIC BI have rented trucks three times in the last couple of months from this location. Most of the time things went very well although this last time was somewhat disappointing (the gas out was said to be 1/4 tank - was actually less than 1/8 & had to get gas right away; the passenger side door did not open from the outside). I will still choose this location again because the personnel give excellent service & will listen to their customers.

PATRICK TThere were no clear signs to indicate where to drop off and return the Truck or keys. I left extra gas in the car, I was told I would get credited for that, but I received no confirmation. I also left an unopened rope and unopened straps worth 20 dollars in the cabin of the truck which I purchased from U Haul, so I felt bad about that too.

LANDON SI ordered a large uhaul truck and some packing blankets for an out of state move. I went into the shop the day before to see if I could pick up the blankets early so that we could wrap the furniture prior to the actual move day. They did not have the blankets (and would not have had them for my move the next day). The manager gave me a number to call to see if a surrounding uhaul had blankets that I could pick up. No one had them! The uhaul main office then remedied the situation by sending the blankets with a staff member who was going on vacation and headed my direction. The staff member dropped the blankets off at the uhaul site and I was able to pick them up later in the afternoon.
