We reserved a dolly and it wasn't available. It would be nice if the equipment was location specific. We turned out not to need it but if we had I would have been pretty irritated.

Amazing Great experience with U Haul. The staff was kind and helpful, and the van was very clean. I appreciated the air conditioning and modern charging plugs for my phone. The van drove well and made a big job much easier. I was able to haul four huge loads with no issues. Highly recommend.
JULIANNA JThe business drop off location name was not visible, and initially called the pick up location for guidance. Very confusing. Eventually walked in to the nearest office, and found the key return desk. Not the most spacious lot to return a vehicle.
