If the lo location is not authorized to do repairs somehow you need a roving service technician to inspect and repair your equipment. This directly impacts your customer satisfaction and safety of rental equipment.

I called and explained that I had not made a reservation. The guy told me he took my email off. This was not correct, I recieved two more emails confirming return of equiptment later. Either someone is using my email without my permission, or something is messed up in the uhaul system and it's associating random emails with reservaitons EITHER OF THESE IS BAD. someone should look into this.
