This location is near me. Called, had to leave message, agent got back to me. Said had trailer I needed, but I had to call natl reservation line to rent, could not just come pick up. Called reserv line, waited 10-15 minutes, made reservation. Went to this location. Agent on site said no reserv in the system and they did not have trlr I needed. Had to get back on natl reserv line, wait again for agent, said only available trlr was in Fultondale, 30 miles away across town on a Fri afternoon. Drove to fultondale, lady there was most helpful, rented trailer. I'm old, have rented many times, always just go to location and rent. Having to go through natl reserv line is extremely agrivating. Having to leave messsage and wait for call back or text is agrivating. Being told a trlr is availabe and reserv made, only to find out no reservation and no trailer available to location near me after being told it was--frustrating.
Dennis PLocation was difficult to find. Owner (nice guy) was not at there and was running late but did return our call. This made us run late and we had people coming to help us load.
Rhonda GPlease stop using side hustle locations to rent these vehicles. I would have driven further from my residence if I could have dealt with a knowledge and pleasant attendant during rental and return.

Bipin PEmployee at this location had a family emergency. No one contacted me and when i arrived to pickup the Car Dolly, the location door was locked. Tried calling several times and no answer. I did not receive a call from the location or Uhaul that the store was closed. The car dolly was available so i picked it up. Ryan Williams contacted me later about the rental and requested driver license, etc. When i received aa receipt, i contacted Ryan to let him know that i did not select or need the insurance. He asked that i let him know when i returned the Car Dolly and he would credit that amount. I have reached out to Ryan several times and cannot get a response.
