Employee at this location had a family emergency. No one contacted me and when i arrived to pickup the Car Dolly, the location door was locked. Tried calling several times and no answer. I did not receive a call from the location or Uhaul that the store was closed. The car dolly was available so i picked it up. Ryan Williams contacted me later about the rental and requested driver license, etc. When i received aa receipt, i contacted Ryan to let him know that i did not select or need the insurance. He asked that i let him know when i returned the Car Dolly and he would credit that amount. I have reached out to Ryan several times and cannot get a response.
