Patrick FWe had requested 36 moving pads that were not in the truck. We picked up off hours and there was no one there to assist. Starting a move at 8:00 am, which was our scheduled time that could not be changed and no moving pads was very frustrating. We used our own blankets, rugs, towels, etc. to keep the furniture from being scratched. Not the best way to begin the move which are always stressful anyone. A closer attention to details would have avoided this situation.

ALEX CI turned the vehicle in a day early and I had problems with getting the app to do the return and I had to chat with customer support.

Paul BWhen I first got there, there was someone in the back of the truck, just hanging out. Next I got the wrong key. I contacted support and they transferred me to another line, which I held on for about 15 minutes before it just said goodbye and disconnected my call. I had to wait for the person who rented the second truck to come, because they had the wrong key also. Checking the truck back in took forever on the app. I would NOT rent from this location again.

Jeremy BGood morning, I never did receive a receipt, there was no attachment once I opened the link. However, once I received my credit card statement it showed payment of a bill for $80.89 which is incorrect, I was overcharged. I rented the cargo vehicle for $19.50 per day for 2 days. That should be $39.00 before taxes which I know is not $40.00. I replaced the gas and brought the van back within 2 days. Kindly adjust this bill and refund the error difference. John FThey gave me the tank less than half full. I had to fill it out. Then when I arrived to my destination I had only used 1/4 of a tank. I had 3/4 tank full. (60 gallon tank, they never explained this to me. I had to find out on my own) I requested a refund and they refused. The experience would have been great if they had been fair and give me a refund. However, I paid for and extra 15 gallons which they refused to refund. Otherwise, I would recommend them.
