The cab and back of the truck smelled bad. For self pick up, the photos did not upload and I had to get help on the chat to get a link to upload photos, which took a few minutes.
James HApp experience is terrible and slow
Adam PWe wanted to pickup the truck long before the location opened , but there was availability issues with up picking up a dolly at the same time. We went back to the location several hours later to pick up a dolly once on e was available and the employee went above and beyond in helping us get what we needed.
