All Staff were VERY helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, prompt. Location was convenient and easily accessible. Rental truck was clean in cabin as well as cargo area. Will definitely recommend and use again, top notch overall experience.

Excellent Customer Service!!!
Rickey BI had called the national number to reserve the truck, and I also wanted a hard cart. I was told the location had one, but when I picked up the truck, they didn't have one available. So, I had to go and rent one from Home Depot for more than what U-Haul was going to charge. That is the only negative thing I have, the rep was so helpful when I was checking out and when I called Monday with a question. Will rent from this location again.
