Samuel PHelp to make it easier to pick up the vehicle when no one is available in the morning to assist. The website had problems with logging into the system and I had to call for assistance until an employee showed up.
Hughton MThe cab and back of the truck smelled bad. For self pick up, the photos did not upload and I had to get help on the chat to get a link to upload photos, which took a few minutes.
