The location and gentleman that had to help us get key was very nice …. Thank you. BUT THIS OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. THE PROCESS WAS HORRIBLE THEY CHANGED MY PICKUP LOCATION 3 TIMES IN 36 hours. Was sending me 10 miles from preferred then charge me 1.39 for miles. We were slightly under 1/4 tank and got raped on gas and service charge. The experience was awful. I had to make 3 calls to get closer to preferred. I feel we were raped. We drove about 24 miles total and had the truck for 8 hours and paid $201. Worse experience ever with U-Haul this review does not reflect on specific location. The gentleman there was nice. This review is on U-Haul process and customer service
