Truck had over 115,000 miles on it. Very rough drive and very low mileage. Would not recommend a truck with this much mileage on it. I had a one way drive of 125 miles. U-Haul moved my pick up site to a newer site a few miles away. New site looked like they were given very old models to rent out.

Truck had key locked in a box and U-Haul system wouldn’t allow us to access and get code. Agent on site eventually helped us. Took way too long to get truck. Also we were then in a hurry. Truck cab had lots of trash inside. Also truck was rented with a partially missing driver side windshield wiper. This should have been addressed and not left up to us to find during move. It created a dangerous situation while driving.
