The experience was great except for the fact that the manager checked to really see if I wanted the insurance. He was shocked to hear that I checked with my auto insurance, and they said that I was not covered if I did not purchase the insurance from uhaul. Please buy the extra insurance. It is not that much more.

Phyllis STruck had over 115,000 miles on it. Very rough drive and very low mileage. Would not recommend a truck with this much mileage on it. I had a one way drive of 125 miles. U-Haul moved my pick up site to a newer site a few miles away. New site looked like they were given very old models to rent out.
