Clean, quick service. Advertise the need for the app more was the feedback I sort of picked up from the rep at location, not often do customers utilize the app. It helps a ton.

David UI would not recommend renting thru the mobile app. I had issues and no one to help because the location was closed and couldn’t get a hold of Uhaul. It was the worst experience I’ve had. I’ll never do that again when moving.
