GREGORY EGot called to a job in the middle of renting a U-Haul had to bring it back at a different location and U-Haul is trying to charge me $240. Life happens.

paul BIce melt the areas customers need to walk to use the app to take pictures at pickup. I slipped and fell hard.
TRICIA RThere was nothing wrong with the U-Haul. Everything worked just like it should. The thing that was beyond frustrating was when we went to return the U-Haul, they wanted pictures of each side, the inside, the back, and the front. Our pictures wouldn’t load. We sat around for an hour waiting for them to load and never would. It was beyond frustrating and honestly a waste of time. That’s the only thing I would change. Otherwise wasn’t a bad deal.

GREGORY EDropped off after hours so no personnel were there to be helpful. App drop off process was easy to use but this location had little to no phone reception so uploading the required pictures was frustrating. Otherwise, this whole process was much better than expected.

TROY MThe location was clean and nice, but it was way out of my way. They told me it was only about 40 miles but it ended up being about 70 miles further. Not happy with that, but still used it as I was 400 miles away from home and needed a trailer.
