I was first supposed to pick up at a 24/7 location but after 3 phone calls and an hour trying to get the check in to work I was referred to a different location. It seemed like the location was not very good for cell connectivity because once I left the area all the text and emails the U-Haul rep was trying to send me started coming through. Very frustrating and an hour of delay

Thomas MThe reason for no on equipment clean and well maintained is the U-Haul didn’t have good air conditioning and bad odors just seemed to have been a much older truck that’s seen better days
