Kenny was awesome! He made the entire process very easy. Pick-up went smooth and quick. I over-estimated how many furniture pads I needed. Kenny took back the package of pads with no issues. The assistant attached the trailer to my vehicle and made sure I was aware of the details of towing. Very polite.
