There was nobody there, and the truck was filthy. It said it had 3/4 tank but it actually only had 1/2.

The only problem I had was with the app not working properly. It kept loading which caused me to have to call 1-800-U-Haul to pick up the truck but took over 30 minutes to pick it up.

The location looked like a scrap yard, they didn’t let me to park may car there for the few hours, I used the truck. They charged $15 for coverage even if I don’t remember I have asked for. They didn’t give me a paper when I took the truck with the fuel level or anything else.

It was hard to find. GPS took me 3 different ways, so it made me even more late. Finally found the tiny place, although there were no uhaul vehicles so it was hard to realize that’s where I was supposed to leave it. Sad I was charged for the late return.

Truck interior was dirty, seat with sand and leftover materials and still had liquids that spilled into the cup holders along with some trash plus a tray full of cigarette ashes Inside the box, also dirt.. Exterior obviously not clean

The receptionist was not helpful with instructions. No noteworthy information was given and instead just keys and left. Then upon arrival, no clear instructions on how to close out everything just grabbed keys and closed their window. Unprofessional people working and I was late because receptionist said everything was fine.

This location has NO available parking for drop off! It was 8:30pm on Halloween and it was only because they were home did one of the operators come outside, and directed me to park a 20’ truck ILLEGALLY and dangerously in the street over the white line marker with drag racers speeding by! I had to wait before opening my door to get out. Their whole driveway area was blocked off by orange cones so if they had not been home I would not have known where to park. Super inconvenient, and again, dangerous!!

I set up my contactless pickup time for 7:30am and there was no possible way for me to pick up my U-Haul at that time. I had to wait an hour for someone to show up to the location to even help, but still wasn’t helped until about 8:50. The woman was nice and I appreciated the help, but I’m confused as to how I was supposed to pick up my truck without her assistance.

Have the location open on time! I had to wait 15 minutes beyond their opening time for anyone to show up. Truck given to me had a worn tire with 1/32 tread. I had to spend 2.5 hours on my moving day to enter a Roadside Assistance request for a new tire & wait for the tire person to show up. Moving is stressful enough without U-Haul adding to the stress. And I didn’t get the furniture pads I had ordered because Cardinal Towing doesn’t carry any moving supplies!

Not really sure who’s fault it is but if I am booking additional items like dolly and moving blankets then I would think the location should have them or online should not offer them. They ended up having a dolly but no moving blankets and I doubt they had boxes so luckily I didn’t need them. There was one truck and the check in process was fumbled a bit. Any way it worked out and it got the job done.

Front desk extremely rude! Actually told me to cancel if I wasn’t happy with not having a place to park my truck. Ridiculous! Also I was over charged by $60!!! Horrible experience!!! I’ll be leaving reviews on google and anywhere else I can.

The employee(s) took a long time to respond to my chats and I had to call them. The keys were not in the box as instructed and I had to wait for the employee to bring them to me. This place is extremely small and not really equipped to handling large trucks. The truck was surrounded by tree branches, making it difficult for me to assess its condition. I had to pull the truck out so I could look in the back and cargo area.

Agents were super friendly and helpful. I would use this location again! All I recommend is a quick cleaning of trucks before next customer picks it up. I wiped it down with disinfectant before I returned the truck I used—just felt right.

The lady name NiNa, who was at the counter, was not helpful at all while we were checking in. She kept talking on a phone and made us to wait forever. She didn't seem to happy working there and she resisted assisting us when our pickup time had already passed 18minutes. I even asked her politely that we were in a hurry but she gave me a look and didn't even try to answer me. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION and Nina needs to get a proper customer service training. Hate this location and so dissatisfy with everything about the experience here.

To improve for next customer, please update web site. When I made my reservation online, I requested to have an appliance dolly and when I arrived to location for pickup, there was no dolly available. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with service.

I drove 35-50 miles and was charged for over 100. I understand my mistake in not double checking mileage but I still can’t be happy about being penalized $50 for not double checking their mistake . I won’t be back.

I booked a 15ft U-Haul 2 weeks ago and confirmed the reservation promptly on Thursday before a Saturday move. On Friday night, my husband received a notice that the pick up location moved to a U-Haul place 15 minutes further from us in Euless. When we went to pick it up at this new location, the woman spent 15 minutes on the phone answering calls for a towing service before she decided to assist the 3 customers waiting in line. Then she told us she didn't have our reservation. We drove to Grapevine (the original reservation location) only to be told that we were in fact on the roster for Euless but had been upgraded to a 20ft truck (something which was left out of the notification the night before). So, we drove back to Euless and the woman gave us the truck. Moving is tough, having to deal with this unprofessionalism made a difficult move even more difficult to deal with. Very disappointed.

These greedy tow guys man...Got our truck at 330 on Friday and was told to bring it back by 10am the next day. Got it there right before 10 and they said they'd email me a receipt. I get the receipt and was charged twice for the rental fee and safe move!!! I called them and a different person than i was dealing with said "sorry, nothing I can do, call 1800uhaul." I'm tired of these lame contracted places with uhaul. Penske all the way from now on!

They have no parking. Not only is there no place to leave a car while using the truck, there is no place to return the truck. They have space in front but is filled with cars that have obviously been sitting there for a long time. In back of the building they have a lot inside a fence that is mostly empty that looks to be several acres in size. Every place with a parking lot within a half mile has sign threatening to tow away cars.

When i went to pick it up their computers were slow so after waiting 30 minutes i said i would come back to get it. It was finally ready an hour and a half later. Then we i brought it back i only went 10 miles and they charged me $21 extra for gas, which is absolutely ridiculous for only going 10 miles!!! I am very disappointed with the service and i will never use this again!! Not professional at all!!

Scary place with a bunch of cars that had been towed, and another bunch of cars or junk behind a run-down fence. Security cameras all over the place. The building is not well maintained. The customer service was good, but it looked like a place you'd get mugged if the sun had gone down (which it does at about 5 p.m. in the winter).

The man I delt with was rude and the truck barely ran. The battery died when I was on my way to drop it off so they charged me for an extra day. The woman I spoke with was fantastic though. Very helpful.

Corporate/independent should have explained location was changed via phone call. The time that was selected was not available and was known 2 days prior. On the day of, the location was not open until an hour later. Overall poor. Would not use u haul again
