Truck interior was dirty, seat with sand and leftover materials and still had liquids that spilled into the cup holders along with some trash plus a tray full of cigarette ashes Inside the box, also dirt.. Exterior obviously not clean

CHRISTIAN S.The receptionist was not helpful with instructions. No noteworthy information was given and instead just keys and left. Then upon arrival, no clear instructions on how to close out everything just grabbed keys and closed their window. Unprofessional people working and I was late because receptionist said everything was fine.
