The location looked like a scrap yard, they didn't let me to park may car there for the few hours, I used the truck. They charged $15 for coverage even if I don't remember I have asked for. They didn't give me a paper when I took the truck with the fuel level or anything else.

Kind of a seedy, run down location. Didn't inspire a lot of confidence.
Kenneth K.It was hard to find. GPS took me 3 different ways, so it made me even more late. Finally found the tiny place, although there were no uhaul vehicles so it was hard to realize that's where I was supposed to leave it. Sad I was charged for the late return.
