Elida GI did EZ Return, so did not interact with any personnel. But the parking lot was not plowed, so it was a little challenging to park the trailer in a good spot.

Paul KI dropped off the truck on-line so I didn't have any interaction with the store or personnel. I tried answering "not applicable" to those questions but this site wouldn't let me. I gave four stars because the key drop off box had no cover/top, so I was hesitant to leave the key there, unsecured.
Gregory LSimply stated the smell of weed was intense inside the store. The moving blankets were not placed in our trailer. The owner was kind enough to deliver them to our location.
Jenny SVery nice employee but couldn’t access the computer to help me rent a trailer. Owner was gone and employee couldn’t reach him. Wasted almost an hour there before leaving. The employee tried very hard to help so this is on the owner. Won’t go back.
SUSAN YThe truck was absolutely awful. It had brake lights out so clearly was never inspected when returned before I was given the truck. Rental office smelled strongly of marijuana when we entered it. The truck was on E so we had to go immediately and get gas. The employee just laughed it off.
Amanda SThe ratchets are bent and rusty and very hard to use and was difficult to to loosen to get the car off and all the lights didn’t work the cables that hooked to the car had part of the cable exposed that could hav caused to someone to get injured from the shards of cable that was damaged

Thomas FBrought the trailer back and walked inside. I stood there for 7-10 minutes in front of two guys talking and was never acknowledged. I walked out unhooked the trailer and I don’t know if it was a different staff member or who walked up and was friendly. I dropped off the trailer the same day I used it, it sat there for a day and then I got a text message asking when it was going to be dropped off.

SUSAN YHave the equipment at the location requested or at least in the town where I requested and also have the truck and trailer washed and ready before the time of pick up. The truck and trailer exterior was dirty and there were 25 moving blankets that we helped the owner of the location remove from trailer from previous rental. The owner also took over forty minutes checking me in which cut into our moving time which was already delayed.
Ryan WThe guy at the pickup location had no idea how to do a check in. I had to figure out 90% of the computer portion of the check in for him. Was there for over 1.5 hours. .

Jeri TThere was mud in the back of the truck also I placed the order online and once I submitted it I got an email saying that $54.00 was due at pickup. When my daughter has picked it up I gave her the cash and she was told that the amount that has to be paid was $170.00 something and she didn't have the cash on her for that amount.
Tabatha PKind of a run down and sketchy location. I also wish I would have known not to drop the keys off before checking in the truck. I was unable to provide mileage or photos.
STANFORD SMake sure the cab is actually clean. There was discarded food and an empty beverage container on the floor, and mud prints all over. There was also a disgusting musty smell in the cab. Also, the man who checked me in at this location had a suggestive pop-up come up on his computer while doing so, which was utterly inappropriate and unprofessional and frankly made me feel unsafe being around him. Finally, the lack of internet access meant that I could not complete the check-in process and upload my own photos of the dirty cab and damaged exterior.

Djamel KNothing other than uhaul equipment outside the building indicated that they were a uhaul location, i was only given a an address and not a business name that the equipment would be at. The building was freezing cold and dark. Had the guy working not come out I would have never gone in as it looked like it was not being used. The building was in disrepair
Derek MThe place was creepy. Also I live more than an hour away and was called with one hour notice to go get the truck before they closed.
Aileen TOwner is rude, unorganized, and is more concerned with talking on the phone than taking care of customers in his office. Would go somewhere else if this wasn't my only choice.
Christopher WThis was an unstaffed drop off location. The building which houses the office is somewhat shabby in appearance. However, drop off was convenient, with a gas station nearby to top off the tank.
Chad KTook 45 minutes to sign out truck. Windshield had bug splatters across it, steering wheel was tacky, not the cleanest truck.
Carol SAfter calling into North Dakota branch I needed a trailer in south dakota they waited until 2 days before to tell me the closest trailer was an hour away? I missed the meeting time and that location closed had to drive another hour north out of my way to get one from this location. Reservations should hold you a trailer period. If I book a hotel they don't call me 2 days before my stay to tell me I don't have a room. Why? Because I Reserved one it should be there when I need it. That how the system works.
Kyle HThe tread on the tires of the trailer were at the ware bar. I asked about the tires was told if I had a problem call the help line. I was about to travel 1600 miles and had no other options. So I took the trailer and hoped for the best. Tires in this condition is not a sign of well maintained equipment. In the future I will only use u-haul as a last resort.

Andy TThere was no one at the location when I arrived. I was suppose to pick up the truck at 730 am. The app told me I had to wait until 10 am when the location opened. No one there. I had to wait 20 minutes past the time that it was suppose to be opened. Problem with my account. Fix that went back into pay and get the truck, he was gone again. Another 20 minutes or so. So a truck that was suppose to be picked up at 730 am was not leaving the location until 12pm!!!! Messed up my whole move. I lost half of my help. I am 66 yrs young but I still can't handle that kind of move. We are still not done, because I had to have the truck back.... I have had good service at other locations, this one never again!
