David KI went to pick up U-Haul and was doing it over the app because the place was closed by the time I was able to get there. Pickup was at 4:30 and I got there at 4:30. It took over 2 hours to pick up because you guys were having issues with your verification on your end, I sat on hold, got disconnected and again 2 HOURS!!! All because you guys were having issues
Deidra TThis has nothing to do with the people or places. This has to do with U-Haul app. I selected the $16.00 insurance and it came up $25.00. I then selected $25.00 insurance and it rang up $20.00. With that I was overcharged $4.00. the person at the pickup location tried to change it and couldn’t.

Joseph HMy experience at the Bucyrus, OH location was very good. There is usually good inventory there and Carl is a pretty good guy. The trailer I rented was clean and overall was in good shape. If I had to knock anything, one tire was not in the best of shape, but I was not going too far or hauling a heavy load so all was good.

Stan SDusty old building, guy automatically charged for insurance and never asked….I had declined in app. Bill is confusing first line said total charges and I thought it was truck plus tax. I looked at it and signed then my husband said there was another line that had “ total plus tax” it wasn’t in a column and had it been I would not have agreed to it. Not sure why we order on line when they change pick up location and charges. After using u haul exclusively for 8 moves, we will be using someone else next year when we move.

Lawrence HNo one there to help me with gas leak no one at all! The uhaul app wouldn't work at all. I had to call and talk to someone else from 800 line because no one there to help! Uhaul sucks and I will NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN!!!!
Aaron MThe process took awhile, but overall it was pretty easy. Just make sure you check that you are taking the correct equipment.

ED Mheated mirrors, when it rains, you have a hard time seeing traffic on your left or right as well as whats coming up from behind!

Frank PThe gentleman who hooked up our trailer did not connect it correctly because when we dropped it off , we were told that it was not properly connected all the way. Also the man that helped us at Carl’s was rude and impatient.
Sonja MLocation printer was out of ink. Had to sign blank piece of paper. Truck had 3/4 full tank and gauge stuck. Tried to return truck with 3/4 full tank but because of ghua=ge problem ended up filling tank. Estimate about 1/4 tank of fuel which could not be credited. Otherwise location and experience was positive, truck very clean and in good condition; ran great.

Russell AEquipment was in good shape other than the air that didn't cool down. I felt very awkward walking in to take care of the rental. It was almost as if the men in there were bothered to help me when i walked in, even though I had taken care of most everything online.

Linda SMaintenance on the 10” uhaul truck. Check engine lights were on, tire lights were on to be serviced. Was concerning while driving it.
Gabrielle MAlthough the truck was clean, the check tire pressure light was concerning. The truck got the job done but was very shaky. My passenger thought the window would brake open with the windy whistle and the shaking of the truck. Not sure if this is something that is suppose to happen with these trucks or not. Although when lights come on you start to worry if you will complete your mission.

JIM MThis was the worst Uhaul experience I have ever had. I do not recommend going to this business for rentals.
Kara SIt wasn't explained to me that there would be two separate charges. I don't know why the whole amount wasn't taken out of my account after I returned the vehicle. I have an additional promissory note for almost 40.00 in addition to the mileage, gas I put in it before dropping it back off which took it to a full tank and the regular truck rental fee with the insurance. I have no idea what this other amount is for. Nothing was explained to me when I rented the truck. Now I have to call U-Haul to pay this other fee. Very dissatisfied. I've rented from two other locations in the last 2 years and have never had any additional fees

Tonda UI was never issued a refund for miles I estimated but didn't use. The guy took the keys said I am all good and left immediately before I could ask questions.

Criss FActually have the U-Haul where you rent it to the customer instead of making them drive a half hour out of their way.
Richard PI made a reservation online for a car Dolly. Went to pick it up they let somebody else have it. Saying it was me. Sent me a receipt with them people's address and I think They're credit card number because it wasn't mine. And I've never got to use the car Dolly. Talk about a joke what's the point of reserving something if they're gonna let somebody else use it. Then have the nerve to say that it was me that was using it Or the person was using it for me II don't know what happened.

Jeffrey MMake sure that the truck/equipment is fully running. I had a bad tire and cause a very long slow shitty ride. Bounced and shacked all over the place. And smelled like burning oil every time we stopped.

Sharon DFirst of all, I was.late picking up the truck so that's all on me. However, they didn't have to be rude. They had a Ford truck pulled up like that's the one I would be taking. Then happened to figure it out they gave me a GM key for a Fors truck. But by this time, owners of the rental place had left. Tried calling...no answer. So I tried the key in the only GM truck on the lot and worked so I took that truck instead.
Lisa BRep needs to go over contact more. Safe Move was added to contact and I didn't want it. Rep did not ask me anything about whether or not I wanted the protection package.
