Dusty old building, guy automatically charged for insurance and never asked….I had declined in app. Bill is confusing first line said total charges and I thought it was truck plus tax. I looked at it and signed then my husband said there was another line that had “ total plus tax” it wasn’t in a column and had it been I would not have agreed to it. Not sure why we order on line when they change pick up location and charges. After using u haul exclusively for 8 moves, we will be using someone else next year when we move.

Lawrence HNo one there to help me with gas leak no one at all! The uhaul app wouldn't work at all. I had to call and talk to someone else from 800 line because no one there to help! Uhaul sucks and I will NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN!!!!
