Owner not friendly. Trailer had no marker lights working but he said it was good to go. He added insurance to our rental without asking and when I said something he just ignored me.

I have needed to use U-Haul services several times over the past two years and have found the overall experiences to be negative. Generally, I have found UHaul as a company to be uncaring and unresponsive to any efforts a customer makes to have negative interactions corrected. I have been subjected to disinterested and abusive customer service representatives, counter persons, and management at the Mansfield, Ohio, store, and non- response and ignored phone messages from area manager Cory Ronsom (sic). How can you improve? Do the opposite, be responsive to your customers. I realize that in most areas, we, as consumers, do not have an option other than UHaul, but do not rub our faces in that fact.
