The gentleman that helped us was very nice. We had issues hooking up our truck to the trailer because of electrical issues but he was super patient with us and we were able to get a box truck last minute which helped us tremendously. Thanks again for your outstanding service!Brittany J.

We're told to verify drop off via email. However, another family member dropped off truck, so I couldn't verify location on my phone since I was 60 miles away and therefore could not complete drop off verification via email. This nonsense would have cost me an additional $20, however I spoke to the drop off person the next day who was understanding of the problem.Barry V.
Rivets on the tail light came out do to vibration, not an accident. That shouldn't be the customer's responsibility, but I was charged $100 for damage.Dennis S.
We have been unable to reach anyone by phone. This location did not have a way to self checkout by submitting a paper envelope outside the office. Therefore we had to call Uhaul when we dropped off the equipment on a Saturday when the office was closed & we were still charged for an extra day.Jonathan C.

Location called me 2 days after drop off saying I would be charged $500+ for dropping the truck off there. It was discussed with the reservation agent that I was to drop off there. A total rip off!! Worst experience ever with U-haul!!!Kristin G.
