Customer service was great, only problem was the trailer had some damage to the wheel fender that they didn't seem to be aware of, so the fender that was supposed to drop down on the drivers side didn't work properly. Other than that all was good.

GLENNALAN MLocation is not what I initially requested to dropped off the car
Luis LI have used this drop off location in the past and will continue to use it the future. My issue is more so with Uhaul and not the location, the trailer was dropped off at 854am the morning of my contracted return date, actually had until 319pm in the afternoon to drop it off per the contract. Uhaul logged it in at 4pm and charged me an extra day of rental, $28.
