Improve the parking lot where the equipment is located. Due to a recent snow storm, the lot was covered with snow making it difficult to find a location with which to park the trailer. I understand that this may not be a regular problem as it usually doesn't snow this much in this part of VA.

The off hour pickup through the app is completely useless. I have tried using it at least three times, and it never works. I will not be trying it again and will explore other options besides UHaul due to my poor experience with that process.

FREDERIC MThis was the closet location to my house and, yet it was almost 30 miles away. I had to pay a mileage overage due to this distance. Not sure that this was fair. U-Haul should reduce the rate for this mileage or include additional mileage in the cost of the truck.
