Make sure the cab floor area is clean and the truck needed to be washed. Other than that everything was excellent especially the online check in/out service.

Once we started driving the truck, we noticed an unbearable pungent odor. I called the office and complained about the smell. Instead of understanding my situation and working with me the Manager was unprofessional and extremely rude. He was yelling and refused to work with me. I had to end the call. I had to drive out of my way to secure multiple air fresheners which was the least we could to to rectify the situation. We were able to mask the small a little bit. However, it was unnecessarily painful This is a shame to pay all that money to rent a truck and not be comfortable. Please you need to give us a discount due to the difficult situation. Thank you.

Not so sure of the amount that you charged for milage. It doesn't seen right. I need the beginning and ending pics that I took for you guys. I'm doing this for the man who actually need this truck.

The after hours return was awkward, I went to the site and it asked my location and then went to the reorder page. Not sure what happened , did it 3 times and then took my own pictures and left keys in box

Truck front seats, floor, dash were filthy despite being told it had been cleaned. Other locations have newer cleaner trucks for same price.

It might be helpful to know at the time you sign up to rent a vehicle that it will take about 10-15 minutes to get through all the online pick up things with vehicle. Photos and such. Also it might be nice to know what happens if you bring vehicle back somewhat later than time you signed up for.

I requested a smaller truck that was $29.00. When I picked up, that size was not available. I was told I would be charged for what I ordered, not $39.00 for the larger truck. I would like someone to confirm that charge. We moved a piano and the truck was returned in less than 2 hours.

We had an appointment, and the rep sat in his office chit chatting with another person. He said I didn't know you were here. We stood outside his office, and he wouldn't look our way. Someone else said we would need to wait. There was no place to sit and wait for him. We couldn't rent the truck the morning we needed it and had to pick up the afternoon the day before.

The app was very frustrating to use. It was so slow to respond and I had full and strong cell service. I was actually not even able to use it at the beginning of my rental. At the checkout of my rental it took me almost 25 minutes to take all the pictures and answer all the questions, very frustrating.

I was not happy with my experience. I originally booked a U-Haul Cargo Van at a closer facility. Once I arrived there & had to call customer service, I was told that this location doesn’t offer the 24/7 (which was not what online said). The closest place was approx 10 miles away & I could only have a box truck. I had a deadline of 6pm which I missed the deadline but still needed to show up with a truck & now late. This was not acceptable & totally avoidable if your online information was accurate. Very disappointed

My MI (actual mileage) is miscalculated, I used no more than 8 miles, however, my transaction receipt indicates my MI is 50 miles, which is totally wrong. Apart from that, an safe move coverage is imposed onto my receipt, though i never used it, where does it come from, i request U-Hual to recalculate my receipt and actual mount.
