We reserved our truck online to expedite the check in process however the app didn't work. Once we submitted our driver license photo we sat and waited for a call to verify which never came. We ended up having the gentleman at the shop check us in. The text we were sent to use to return the truck also didn't work. Said it was expired even though we were returning the truck within the time we indicated we would.
