No one was on site so I did the online drop off and key drop off.William A.
The online rental process (pick up/drop off) process was very frustrating. The app did not recognize pictures that are required. This was particularly irritating at drop off as mileage pics were not accepted and there was no way to resolve other than call center which had a 30 min wait. Instructions on how to drop keys would have been very helpful. Overall great equipment but less than ideal app experienceDavid H.

The UHaul office at this location doesn't open until 1:30 p.m. The employees at the welding company which is adjoined to the UHaul office were helpful and I returned the truck using the online service.Lisa M.

I couldn't use the self return feature it was after hours and for some reason the website could not find my location to it would not allow me to return the truck. I did all of the tips and tricks that the website suggested, tried to bunch a different things But it couldn't find my location I sat there for 20 minutes trying to do it but eventually gave up because it was 11:30 at night and I wanted to go home.Kirstin F.

The location and vehicle were well maintained. I did have some hiccups with the app giving me connection issues during the pick up and return process. So that would be more a note for UHaul than a note for this location.Brandon B.

Truck interior was filthy. Cracks and holes on seats, and driver's side sun visor was broken and taped to the ceiling. Duct tape wasn't working and visor would repeatedly drop down and dangle down and obstruct driver's vision.Greg S.

The website it didn't work out I have to call the help line to complete the return and I was on hold for 26 minutes the whole return process took one hour and fifteen minutes and the truck has 1/8 of tankERIC A.

They charged me $25 to fold 6 furniture pads. What a scam. Uhaul is of no help either. I asked the Uhaul customer representative if she would be ok being charged $25 for folding 6 pads, she said yes because it's part of the contract.Siddharth B.

I can not say enough about the folks at this Uhaul location. When I got home I incorrectly opened the back lift door with the latch catching in the roof of the unit. I called Uhaul and two of the guys came to my home to fix it, once their store had closed. So even though their work day had ended at the store, they drove to my home to assist me. All I can say is they went above and beyond and I greatly appreciated it. That is what makes a good business GREAT! Thanks guys.DIANA L.

When I rented the vehicle, the person that did the paperwork was rude at best. He made me feel like I was bothering him by renting the vehicle. When I returned the vehicle at approximately 10 am and was using the application to check out, it was charging me twice for safe right although it was less than a 24 hour rental. I went inside and asked the same person if he could help me. He rudlely stated no as they do not open until 1 pm. He said that he would not help me and that I would have to call UHaul. I called U Haul and the very nice customer service rep said that the location would have to help me. I told her what happened and she decided to help me which I greatly appreciated. I will go to another location before subjecting myself to such rude treatment at this location.JOHN P.

We had a big move, 26', 20' trucks and a 6x12 trailer, days got away from us, we were late on one of the trucks even though the pickup had to be changed. Cost us a half day of moving. Owner is kind of snide, all he was worried about was his dollar, so instead of charging me one more days rental, he charged me $150, money isn't the issue, most rentals I have done over my 26 years with military and also civilian moves, if the rental place has the truck back to back, they have made the effort to pick up the phone and call to ensure we were on track. Had this happened, we would have unloaded the big truck first rather than the 20' and the 6x12 trailer. By the way, when I told him we were dropping the 20' and trailer to him, he neglected to inform me he doesn't take trailers, I had it changed and left him one anyway. Worth the $150.Dawn M.
