Technician at Carmel provided all the necessary information for pickup and delivery to drop off. Check Engine Light came on during trip. The individual gauges had no alarms or faults.

LETA PIt would have been a better experience had i not had to pay almost 600 dollars for the truck the insurance and the fuel replacement. This will be my last time using uhaul because it is just to costly.

MICHAEL JI took a picture at pickup of the front cabin of the truck, which was not clean and returned it in the same condition and ended up being charged 25 USD for cleaning charges. I spoke to the gentleman at the office, who was understanding and said he will speak to someone to check the truck with out any commitments. The before and after pictures I took show that it is not clean when I picked it up.
Oussama KThe only minor issue was there seemed to have been a discrepancy on the app, when reserving, which vehicle was actually available for rental. However, I received a call from a great employee and she was able to square it away.
Eric GNot allowed to leave my car on their parking lot. Had to park several blocks away. 20 degrees. The truck was old. Back door would not open. It was frozen. Horrible experience

BRIAN WLocation is OK but Uhaul now delivers much lower value than ever. UHaul now makes the customer do all the work. We have to take and post pictures. We have to verify that the truck has no damage or dents. We have to use an app that doesn't work all the time. You demand premium prices without delivering premium service. Very dissatisfied with UHaul

NORA BOnce we started driving the truck, we noticed an unbearable pungent odor. I called the office and complained about the smell. Instead of understanding my situation and working with me the Manager was unprofessional and extremely rude. He was yelling and refused to work with me. I had to end the call. I had to drive out of my way to secure multiple air fresheners which was the least we could to to rectify the situation. We were able to mask the small a little bit. However, it was unnecessarily painful This is a shame to pay all that money to rent a truck and not be comfortable. Please you need to give us a discount due to the difficult situation. Thank you.

JENNIFER BIt might be helpful to know at the time you sign up to rent a vehicle that it will take about 10-15 minutes to get through all the online pick up things with vehicle. Photos and such. Also it might be nice to know what happens if you bring vehicle back somewhat later than time you signed up for.

PHILLIP BI requested a smaller truck that was $29.00. When I picked up, that size was not available. I was told I would be charged for what I ordered, not $39.00 for the larger truck. I would like someone to confirm that charge. We moved a piano and the truck was returned in less than 2 hours.

CHARLES MWe had an appointment, and the rep sat in his office chit chatting with another person. He said I didn't know you were here. We stood outside his office, and he wouldn't look our way. Someone else said we would need to wait. There was no place to sit and wait for him. We couldn't rent the truck the morning we needed it and had to pick up the afternoon the day before.

Abdul ENothing against vendor but Uhaul is making process too impersonal.
Scott BThe app was very frustrating to use. It was so slow to respond and I had full and strong cell service. I was actually not even able to use it at the beginning of my rental. At the checkout of my rental it took me almost 25 minutes to take all the pictures and answer all the questions, very frustrating.
