Update/Add Equipment. Have OPTIONS available in order to assist Customers better. At least keep up with the surrounding U-Haul Agencies within a 10-15 mile radius. At least "Act like" the Customers are somewhat valuable.

Rose GarciaI’m going to go into the location tomorrow to check on a charge on my card. I was charged on the day that I rented the truck — OK fine — but then an additional charge was done the following day — NOT OK. I would also like a hard copy of the transaction for my records, but was told everything is done online only. I do not have printing capabilities with my phone, so have no way to keep a copy in my file. Is this something that is specific to the location or is it online only at every facility?

First I had to go further add mileage to my rental, my contract did not reflect the correct information on my rental which made me even more worried, received two different rental agreements with different prices, but thanks to the place where I rented my rental he handled everything, I am sure the uhaul system has issues and that is scary, but thanks to who we dealt with, he turned it all around and made this a wonderful experience and regained my trust in uhaul again. I would recommend him to my family and friends and I would definitely rent from him again, awesome guy, and place ten ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

DEVANN POULLARDcheck out equipment correctly and check it in so person doesnt get ripped off like i did on milage. i drove 4.5 miles one way and the same distance to return and got charged for 45 miles. then couldnt reach dealer to correct it.
