UHAUL claimed this was the closest location with the size tuck I needed. Only to the South is this true. The rental desk was unkept. The desk person didn't realize truck license plate was missing. Received a phone call from a drop off location I did not select asking when I would have the truck to that location. I do not plan to use UHAUL again.

The inside of the truck smelled like cigarette smoke and had a water bottle left in it and just didn't seem very clean. With Covid I would have liked to know it was wiped down with a cleaning wipe. The parking spot had big mud puddles that made it hard to do the checkout and get around the truck. Other than that it went well.

The guy wouldn't hook up the trailer I had too. I made a reservation to puick up a 6x12 trailer when I got there to pick it up there wasn't a 6x12 trailer and the guy was no help.

Make sure the truck is clean and stop people from smoking in this truck the floor was sticky and the back of the truck was dirty the covers were just thrown not folded but i might use this service again.

Although I checked in several days in advance, items I ordered were not ready (not in unit) and they did not have a utility 2-wheeler onsite. Friendly gentleman but it seemed disorganized.

The truck was not at the location I selected was rerouted to another location the guy was not there to get truck then he charged us for a dolly he did not have to give us told us to go to another location to get one .... bull shit Oh and there was a quarter tank of gas in the truck and a tv in the back .... more bull shit Will never use uhaul after this run around

There was a television left on the back of the truck. When I got the uhaul the gas hand was not on a quarter tank it was a little less, but I was charged for it. I did refuel the truck.

The website said the location was open until 4:00 PM on Saturday. When I got there at 2:30 the p[lace was closed. I had a hard time unhitching the trailer. Had to call a friend for help.

I was supposed to pick up the truck in Richburg, SC and was never called to be told I should go to Lancaster, SC instead. I had to work through the problem to find this out. I am unhappy about this. My confirmation number 98100667 paper says Richburg. The Richburg personnel had no record regarding me. This glitch should never happen but it did.

Price to high 50 cent per mile is more than truck drivers make and provide fuel for it as well very unsatisfied with the rates and would recommend to everyone not to use U-Haul.

I was over charged my statement said 170 but my bank statement said 196.22. And no one could tell me why there was a difference. I told the Rep the miles where wrong on the statement BC they didn't match in the truck he told me he would take care of,but he didn't so when I returned th truck I was charged a over mileage fee of 30. Plus over charged for my rental and haven't gotten my funds back.

For years now every time I reserve a U-Haul truck I end up having to take a much larger one. The company needs to do a better job either making sure those options are available or being honest about what options *are* available.

I would recommend that there be some provision for allowing the customer to be able to sign a paper receipt whenever the computer system malfunctions, in order to avoid holding the customer for extended periods.
