My issue was with check in and confirmation process. I made reservation early and then completed check in online but check in to get truck couldn't be found. I was confirmed to pickup at 8:30 and blankets but business didn't open till 9 and no blankets. Had to go thru checkin all over with owner finally around 9:30 got truck. Owner was pleasant and helpful. Said it was UHaul system fault that was really slow and he had to start over using cell phone with check in. Totally happy with truck

This location was the closest yet was 27mi away, the online check in process was terrible. App and website awful to use.
