They were 2 lazy to look in the yard got an email that I didn’t return unit a week after it was returned then 2 months after rental you charged my card an additional $225. 00 after I paid in cash over $1199 for the first rental you should really reconsider my latest charges
CHAD MNo one there to receive umequipment. Very isolated area and again no help at all. Like the pick up location I had to once again in-hitch myself and pull unit to a spot. I won’t be using U-Haul again
Ricardo BI was very confused because I schedule my return for this location but in the app it told me to go somewhere else. I left a message at this location and got a call back even though they were closed that I could still drop off my trailer as planned. Very happy about that because I didn’t want to drive 40 minutes out of my way.
HEATHER AWithout letting us know the pickup location was changed. Only realized as I was starting from home to pickup. The app based pickup was a nightmare, had to call your reps 3 times. They were courteous, but beats the purpose of online checkin and pickup
