If this location was closer to my house, I would bring coffee and donuts every week! THank you for helping me transport my new car across the counties. 2+ hours away.

John SI rented an auto trailer. The right-side tire strap had been previously cut. The strap was 8 to 10 inches too short to use. We did not realize this until we were securing the vehicle to the trailer. Thankfully I had extra rachet straps in my truck. Upon returning the trailer, the agent nearly charged me for damage that I did not cause. I believe the agent is trying to rectify the matter.

Robert VLocation had difficulty with connectivity to complete the transaction and had to go to the backup device that took extra time. (this was not an issue). Staff was very nice and courteous and accommodating. Trailer was not clean and had been returned with mud and debris on the trailer. Staff cleaned it as best they could give the weather conditions. The pickup process was delayed in part because the online process did not allow me to select the drop off location and I was informed that I would receive a call, text and email to confirm drop information. I never receive any communication and attempted to drop off the trailer at the location that I selected, I was told I had to drop at another location. Additionally, I was billed an additional day because I never received drop instructions.

Harry KBy far the Best place to get uhaul equipment compared to any other dealer I've rented from. Front desk had 2 awesome ladies who were very helpful in my time of need. Stayed later than they had to just to get me squared away, which is rare these days IMO. The trailer i rented was well maintained and very clean. You can tell that they really put the work into their equipment maintenance and customer care. 11/10 would recommend and I will definitely continue doing busniess with them
