Owners at location were fantastic however my entire experience with UHaul was horrible. I spent days of calls, waiting on hold, texts and emails to set up rental all with conflicting information. Arrived at location to do the 24/7 pickup and it took an hour. uhaul kept saying they were calling my alternate person to confirm yet she was sitting beside me and never got called. I went over her number with them soooo many times with them repeating it back to me and she never got a call. One Uhaul rep hung up on me when I called in after sitting there for 40 minutes finally after an hour a rep named Lewis helped me. It took an hour and 15 minutes of my time to rent that truck. Absolutely ridiculous and no help at all from Uhaul until Lewis called me back. On hold wait times were 40 minutes. I need to reserve again on Oct 8 and so far I have been told two different quotes $145 and almost $400 for the exact same rental
