The pick up and drop off locations were fine but the 2 locations I had to find to replace the broken equipment should not be allowed to be a u haul facility. Disgraceful operations and customer service

Dont try to fuck your customers over
MARTIN DI switched to this location because the customer service is outstanding and the ladies are knowledgeable and helpful and most of all willing to accommodate and provide helpful information. I won’t go anywhere else and you need to provide 10’ around town rentals to this location.
