The rental associate was very helpful and accommodating. All this happened on Friday 24th, my original rental Friday - Sunday from another company was cancelled at the last minute by them leaving me to scramble to get a truck to move decorations for my sister-in-law's wedding. Trying to get a moving truck on a weekend is almost impossible without a reservation, in my case even with one. The associate allowed me to rent the truck for two days, though it was scheduled for rental on Sunday morning. He trusted that I would have it back for Sunday's reservation. The wedding was great; we got all the decorations in on time and returned the rental Saturday afternoon. Thank you for your help and trust.

TIMMY TVehicle did not have a backup camera. 1st time I've rented a 10foot truck without one. For costumer safety i recommend rectifying this.
Charles SNot understanding why i was charged an additional $20 for a after hour fee ,& the truck was returned at 3:30pm i told the lady i would return the truck through the app , She insisted she’d do it for me , just to add an additional fee on my bill , i will never use this location again !
